Michelle Farinaccia

Michelle obtained her LL.B. from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, graduating with First Class Honours. While at law school, Michelle volunteered with a pro bono clinic where she provided advice to clients from underprivileged communities on a variety of legal matters including civil disputes. Michelle sharpened her advocacy skills by competing in various moots and negotiation competitions, where she excelled, including being awarded Birmingham Law School’s Best Negotiator in 2022. Through these involvements, Michelle developed her passion for advocacy and being a voice for others.

Upon graduating, Michelle gained experience in real estate law before joining Levitt LLP in 2023.

Prior to attending law school, Michelle graduated from York University, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Business. During this time, Michelle broadened her skillset working at a multinational marketing firm.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys travelling, connecting with family and friends, and binging TV series.
